Taking viewers on vacation before the day pass even starts

Since partnering together in late 2024, the business has seen a 173% increase in bookings, a 53% increase in click-through rates on Meta and a 34% decrease in cost per purchase.

With no new video content available, we’ve focused our efforts on leveraging relatable UGC and creator-driven footage – creating vignettes of everyday moments, because the desire to get away, even just for a few hours, any day of the week, is what makes ResortPass so magical. Specifically our new video assets saw a 69% lift in click-through rates, outperforming the brand’s previous creative and driving people to book.

We test variables like content type, unit type, destination type and key narratives – delivering multiple assets per concept. This allows us to iterate in real-time based on bi-weekly performance, apply learnings to the next batch of creative, and build a Social Playbook per platform and audience.

Results

With the success we’ve seen from our shift in strategy and social-first creative, we’ve now expanded ResortPass’ social and digital presence to TikTok, Reddit, YouTube and CTV.
